You improve your language skills more by talking to locals. You also get to know the culture more, and it also helps to build your listening skills.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0                                                  <em>Maria <\/em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/li><li>Being part of a family is amazing because there will always be something to talk about and they are very understanding.                         \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0                                                                         <em>Melissa<\/em><\/li><li>If your homestay family are quiet, it will be important for you to try to start conversations and ask them questions.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Sara<\/em><\/li><li>Do not be afraid of making mistakes\u2026 they are a good way to get better!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0                                                         <em>Maria<\/em><\/li><li>Don\u2019t worry about making mistakes. There is nothing worse than stumbling through a city cluelessly before wasting half an hour deciding whether you wish to go to Chinatown or to a museum!<\/li><li>                                                                                                  \u00a0      <em>Meret<\/em><\/li><li>While you\u2019re here, try to make some new friends or get to know the local people, because I didn\u2019t and I really regret it\u2026. They can help you to improve your speaking and listening skills. You might get to know some slang words which you\u2019ve never heard before!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Silvia <\/em>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Try to get in touch with other locals \u2013 you could join a sports club, for example. On excursions you also make contact with with locals easily.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0                                                      <em>Sara<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/li><li>I highly recommend that you talk the whole time in English, because you will improve your pronunciation so much more.    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Dea<\/em><\/li><li>You only need to be open-minded and meeting new people will be easy.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0                                                                         <em>Melissa<\/em><\/li><li> Please take my advice and plan enough recreational time into your stay.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0                                                                             <em>Meret<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you agree with their ideas?
