Practise your tenses!
These sentences all have a mistake with tense/form usage. Can you correct them?
1) He sat down, exhausted. He had a terrible day at work.
2) Do you need anything? I will go to the shops.
3) This time next week, I will lie on the beach in Spain. I can’t wait for my holiday!
4) I feel sick. I have been eating a whole packet of biscuits!
5) Where have you been? I have waited here for two hours!
6) Unfortunately, he called while I had a bath.
7) We are going to the gym every Saturday and Wednesday.
8) Look at those clouds! It will rain.
