We will follow UK Government guidance with regard to safety measures in the classroom. However, regardless of any restrictions in place, we will encourage social-distancing, implement regular thorough cleaning, hand sanitiser will be provided, and classrooms will be well ventilated.
Our homestay hosts will provide a safe, comfortable and friendly place to stay. If you test positive for covid-19, you will self-isolate at your homestay or private accommodation (if applicable).
Our priority is to do our best to keep our students safe. As a result there may be times when we may not be able to offer our traditional social programme.
Please see our Covid-19 Guidelines, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Please always check your own country's travel regulations about entering and departing England.
The perfect exam preparation course for the B2 First examination - formerly known as Cambridge English: First (FCE). This programme will combine an intensive language course with FCE exam preparation.
Due to the Covid-19 situation, there may be times when other students join the class online (hybrid learning). To enable the class to interact with one another, everyone should be prepared to connect online. You will receive access details in advance. All students need to bring either a laptop or a tablet to take part in our courses.
This course focuses on the language and communication skills required for each section of the exam, as well as the specific skills for achieving your full potential on the day of the exam.
Your classroom studies will be supported by carefully-guided homework and self-study throughout the course. Regular one-to-one tutorials are held to enable you to discuss your progress with your tutor. There will also be formal "mock" tests throughout the course to help you to see your progress and to identify areas that need improvement.
You will improve your accuracy and fluency in English for the B2 First exam, as well as become familiar with the different techniques and strategies necessary for the different papers.
