Covid-19

We will follow UK Government guidance with regard to safety measures in the classroom. However, regardless of any restrictions in place, we will encourage social-distancing, implement regular thorough cleaning, hand sanitiser will be provided, and classrooms will be well ventilated.

Our homestay hosts will provide a safe, comfortable and friendly place to stay.  If you test positive for covid-19, you will self-isolate at your homestay or private accommodation (if applicable).

Our priority is to do our best to keep our students safe. As a result there may be times when we may not be able to offer our traditional social programme.

Please see our Covid-19 Guidelines, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Please always check your own country's travel regulations about entering and departing England.

Every learner has different challenges and particular areas of difficulty which they need to focus on. These classes give you an opportunity to address these specific needs with your personal tutor. Your course is planned specifically for your language needs, your level and after reviewing your pre-course needs analysis and speaking to you.

Common subjects include English for specific purposes (management, engineering, medicine, law, sales and marketing etc.), speaking practice and pronunciation, specific examination preparation, writing skills, grammar and fluency practice.

Outcomes

You will discuss your specific outcomes with your personal tutor at the start of your course, as well as through a needs-analysis questionnaire.

Intensive English and Business Combination

21 hours of Intensive English course plus 2 or 3 hours pf one-to-one lessons with focus on business English personalised to your requests.

Objectives

This combination option will allow you to practise specific work-related issues. This might be to practise giving a particular presentation, or just general everyday business communication issues.
